The purchase, production, extraction, transportation and sale of gas of any kind, and any associated commercial and technical activities. The company may also hold shares in other companies with the same or similar objectives regardless of their legal form. In particular, the purpose of the company is to erect and operate gas transmission and district heating plants.

Customer data, staff data and data of suppliers as required for the purposes referred to under Section 4 hereinabove.

Public offices, as required under applicable regulations, external buyers and sellers pursuant to Section 11 of the Federal Data Protection Act as well as external offices and internal departments in connection with the purposes referred to under Section 4 hereinabove.
7. Standard Deadlines for the Deletion of Data
The legislator has promulgated numerous duties and deadlines concerning the preservation of data. Following expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data are deleted as a matter of routine. Any data not deleted in this way will be deleted if the purposes referred to under Section 4 cease to apply.
8. Intended Transfer of Data to Third Countries
There are no plans to transfer any data to third countries.
